• Active LPN or RN license in Indiana (Required).
• 2+ years nursing experience, preferably in a SNF.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

• Comfortable working independently and leading overnight team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing care delivery during the night shift.
• Ensure clinical compliance with care plans, standards, and policies.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Receive, transcribe, and carry out physician orders (as permitted by law).
• Provide direct care when needed and support the overnight team.
• Communicate clearly with families, physicians, and day-shift staff.
• Help manage staffing, workflow, and overnight documentation.
