Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN for overnight shifts to supervise tenant care and lead nursing teams. The RN will ensure care adheres to Minnesota BON standards, guide the Plan of Care, and safeguard tenants’ physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tenant care to meet the highest quality standards and ensure safety.
• Assess tenants, develop and implement comprehensive Plans of Care.
• Supervise nursing staff (RN, LPNs, CNAs) and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
