Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management in Maplewood, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse to manage and supervise tenant care, ensuring the highest quality of care in line with Minnesota BON standards and our QAPI program.

The RN will assess tenants, create a detailed Plan of Care, oversee nursing staff, and help maintain safety and well-being; must have MN RN license and CPR certification. Monarch is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• The RN manages and supervises tenant care to meet Minnesota BON standards and QAPI guidance.
• Oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing personnel, assess knowledge and performance, and ensure safety.
• Develop a comprehensive Plan of Care based on data collection and tenant preferences.
