Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking an RN to manage and supervise tenant care in our Maplewood facility, ensuring adherence to Minnesota BON standards and QAPI programs. You will assess tenants, develop Plans of Care, and guide CNAs and LPNs to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current Certification in CPR and emergency care.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise tenant care in accordance with Minnesota BON and QAPI requirements.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to establish baseline health status.
• Create detailed Plans of Care with individual needs and preferences.
• Oversee practical nurses, CNAs and nursing staff; clarify expectations.
• Address behaviors to ensure safety and high-quality care.
• Support the goal of maintaining tenants' physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
