Job summary

Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care in Minnesota facilities, aligning with Board standards and the facility's QAPI program. The RN conducts assessments, develops care plans, and supervises nursing interventions while evaluating outcomes.

It includes IV therapy, PICC line care, and resident education, ensuring adherence to scope-of-practice, HIPAA, and infection control.

Qualifications

• Completion of a professional nursing education program approved by the Minnesota Board of Nursing.
• Current Minnesota Registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR and emergency care certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing or assisted living facilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise resident care in alignment with Minnesota Board of Nursing standards, Residents’ Bill of Rights, and QAPI program.
• Perform comprehensive health assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Oversee implementation of nursing interventions and evaluate outcomes.
• Provide direct nursing services including IV therapy and PICC line care; educate residents.
• Maintain HIPAA, infection control, safety protocols and documentation accuracy.
• Supervise nursing staff, ensure adequate staffing, manage incidents, and participate in emergencies.

Education

Professional nursing education program (Minnesota Board approval)

Minnesota RN license

CPR certification
