Job summary

Stillwater Medical Center Healthcare Authority is seeking a Registered Nurse for night shift in our Women’s Health Center. The RN will provide direct patient care on the Maternal Child Health Unit, monitor patient conditions, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality.

Must obtain CPR within 30 days of hire and NRP/ACLS within one year. Prior labor and delivery experience is preferred but not required. Full-time night shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, 3-12 hour shifts per week.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in the state of Oklahoma.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• ACLS and NRP certification required within 1 year of hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in stressful situations.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care on the Maternal Child Health Unit with assessments and individualized care.
• Communicates changes in patient status with the provider and responds to changes in condition.
• Performs general nursing duties with appropriate supervision.
