Job summary

McLaren Health Care in Michigan is seeking a Registered Nurse for Labor & Delivery on a part‑time night schedule (7:00pm–7:30am). You will provide direct nursing care, monitor mothers and newborns, and collaborate with the care team to uphold high standards of practice.

Requirements include graduation from an approved RN program, a current Michigan RN license, BLS certification, and six months of L&D experience or meeting internal criteria, with NRP and ACLS completed within specified timelines.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved registered nursing program.
• Current Michigan RN license required.
• BLS Certification required.
• Six (6) months experience in Labor and Delivery within the last two years and/or meet internal posting criteria.
• Six (6) months experience in the care of normal and high risk newborns and/or meet internal posting criteria.
• NRP within six (6) months of hire/transfer date.
• ACLS within three (3) months of hire/transfer date.
