Job summary

Qualifications

• Preferred: six months experience in acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with physician to provide a plan of care.
• Provides bedside nursing care and carries out medical orders.
• Delegates to and oversees Nurse Assistant and related staff.
• Evaluates effectiveness of care plan.
• Leads patient conferences and teaches discharge planning and education.
