Job summary

McLaren Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for a part-time night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am) to join the patient-centered care team. You will deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with other clinicians to meet patient needs.

The ideal candidate holds RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS for certain units, and a nursing degree from an approved program. Prior departmental experience is preferred; BSN is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BCLS certification required.

• Graduate of an approved school of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of the patient.
• Plans and implements nursing care according to patient and family needs.
• Makes appropriate interventions based upon individual patient needs.
• Evaluates patient responses to nursing interventions.
• Assumes personal responsibility for quality patient care, patient satisfaction, environment, and professional development.
