Atrium Health Lake Norman is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts in Maternity Services. You will care for mothers and newborns, coordinate with a multidisciplinary team, and ensure safety and high-quality outcomes in a family-centered environment.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience, with opportunities for professional growth and continuous education.

Formación

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; telehealth/virtual modalities require state license.
• Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care while engaging patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate to influence outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of safety and ensure accurate, timely documentation.
• Float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
• Demonstrate age-appropriate care knowledge and maintain professional standards.
