Atrium Health Lincoln is seeking a full-time RN for Obstetrics/Gynecology to join our maternity services team. The role supports labor, delivery, postpartum and newborn care in a high-touch environment.

Shifts are 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, three nights per week with rotating weekends. The pay range is competitive, and benefits are eligible, reflecting our commitment to comprehensive patient care and staff development.

Qualificações

• RN license in the state where you practice.
• BLS certification required; additional certifications may be required by specialty.
• BSN preferred or higher nursing degree.
• Typically 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsabilidades

• Engages in unit councils and quality initiatives to improve care processes.
• Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Monitors patient conditions and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Maintains a culture of safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Documents accurately in the EHR and ensures timely updates.
• May administer medications and therapies following protocols.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• May float to other units as needed to meet patient care needs.
