Advocate Health Lake Norman is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Maternity unit to join our full-time night team. The role involves delivering evidence-based nursing care, coordinating with the care team, and documenting in the EHR to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an RN license with BSN preferred, possesses strong clinical judgment, and is comfortable with 36 hours per week on a night schedule.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Licensed RN with multi-state compact or license to practice in state.
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Engage in governance and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families.
• Monitor patient conditions, adjust care plans, and collaborate with the care team.
• Uphold a culture of safety and perform safe medication/treatment administration as required.
• Maintain accurate electronic health record documentation and participate in staff development.
