Job summary

Qualifications

• Board Certified Registered Nursing Program completed.
• Minimum 1 year labor and delivery experience.
• Current Louisiana RN license.
• BLS required on hire; ALS/NRP preferred within 3 months.
• ILCOR courses accepted with manikin check-off; AWHONN fetal monitoring within 3 months, updated every 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical care for laboring, antenatal and postpartum patients.
• Supervise LPNs, unit assistants and CNAs to ensure quality care.
