Job summary

AdventHealth in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Part-time RN to support patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. Eligible clinicians may earn salary increases through our Clinical Ladder based on experience and advancement criteria.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safety and quality. This role emphasizes adherence to protocols and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

RN license and CPR certification required.
Associate degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
1+ year acute care hospital setting preferred.
Colorado nursing license as applicable.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physiological, psychological and sociocultural factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans; evaluate and revise as needed.
Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families on health conditions and self-care strategies.
Coordinate care with medical staff and document in the medical record.
Respond to code situations and participate in performance improvement activities.
