Job summary

AdventHealth in Greenwood Village, CO seeks a Labor and Delivery RN with at least 2 years of experience to join a night shift team. You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer meds, educate families, and collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Required is an RN license and BLS; Associate degree is required, Bachelor’s preferred. This PRN/night position supports a compassionate, holistic care approach per AdventHealth standards.

Qualifications

• RN with at least 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Current RN license and BLS certification.
• Associate degree in Nursing required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients across physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual and lifestyle factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and regularly evaluate/revise them as needed.
• Administer medications per orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and self-care strategies.
• Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
