AdventHealth Castle Rock is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our night shift team in Castle Rock, Colorado. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families, coordinating with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ year in acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate factors affecting patients' health and well-being.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans, regularly evaluating and revising as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with medical staff and departments to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication.
