Job summary

• Provides individualized nursing care to patients in labor, delivery and recovery.
• Works with a team to coordinate patient admission, transfer and discharge.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, plans, and implements nursing care while ensuring patient comfort.
• Maintains patient safety and utilizes equipment with knowledge of alarms and IV pumps.
• Initiates emergency support measures (e.g., CPR) when needed.
