Job summary

Dublin Methodist Hospital, part of OhioHealth, is seeking a Staff RN for the Labor & Delivery unit on the night shift to deliver high-quality, compassionate care to mothers and newborns. You will work within a dynamic, 24/7 labor and delivery team in a high-acuity setting.

Qualified candidates hold an Ohio RN license (or compact state), BLS certification, and a BSN requirement after five years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from the State of Ohio and/or a multi-state compact state.
• BLS certification.
• BSN required at 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families throughout the continuum of care in diverse, acute health care settings.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care provided to assigned patients.
• Delegate nursing tasks to LPNs and UAPs according to the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Actively participate in process improvement and maintain focus on safety, quality and efficiency.
