Job summary

OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH is seeking a Staff RN for the Labor & Delivery unit (night shift). This 32-hour weekly position provides general nursing care across the continuum and operates with 24/7 staffing coverage.

The RN must hold an Ohio RN license, BLS, and BSN within five years. Emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork within a High Reliability Organization environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license from Ohio state required.
• BLS certification required.
• BSN preferred/required within 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the care continuum.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per policy and standards.
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Actively participate in safety, quality, and process-improvement initiatives.
