Job summary

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, while delegating tasks to LPNs and UAPs under the Ohio Nurse Practice Act. Requirements include a current Ohio RN license, BLS certification, and a BSN preferred after five years of employment.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license in Ohio in good standing
• BLS certification is required
• BSN degree is required after 5 years of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families across the care continuum
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care with patient needs in mind
• Delegate tasks to LPNs and UAPs per Ohio Nurse Practice Act
• Engage in process improvement for clinical quality and safety
