Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care to patients and families in the Women’s and Newborn Unit 2 across the continuum of care.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per patient needs and policy.
• Delegate and supervise tasks to LPNs and UAPs per the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.
• Participate in process improvement, safety, and quality initiatives as part of a High Reliability Organization (HRO).
