This role requires delivering compassionate, evidence-based care in a high-acuity setting and partnering with an interdisciplinary team to support safe patient outcomes. Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred.
• RN license required upon hire (state-specific).
• BLS certification required; NRP/ALS/ARC certifications as applicable.
• Experience in Labor & Delivery or high-acuity obstetric settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process and delivers evidence-based patient care.
• Provides patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and individualized plans.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and ensures timely documentation.
• Participates in performance improvement and shared governance initiatives.
