Qualifications

• Active RN license in Georgia or eligibility for licensure in the state
• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience
• Strong understanding of nursing process and patient safety

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation using evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered, culturally sensitive care and advocate for the patient and family.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.
• Document care accurately and timely in the medical record.
• Support performance improvement initiatives and participate in governance activities.
