Job summary

Wellstar Kennestone Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Antepartum Unit on FT Nights (7pm–7am). You will be part of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, individualized patient care in a Wellstar-supported environment.

RNs must be licensed, with at least 5 years of direct patient care experience, and demonstrate strong clinical knowledge, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct patient care experience required.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
• Proficient in time management and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; outcomes; planning; implementation; evaluation) using evidence-based practice.
• Provides relationship-based patient-centered care reflecting population characteristics and cultural diversity.
• Partners with patients and families using bedside reports, rounds, and ongoing education.
• Practices using current clinical practice standards.
