Job summary
Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Registered Nurse for the CDH ED, night shift, full-time. You will assess acutely ill patients, plan and coordinate care, and collaborate with a diverse health-care team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- BSN and Illinois RN license required or in progress with commitment to obtain BSN.
- Current AHA BLS certification required.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Collects and analyzes data, develops care plans, and evaluates patient progress.
- Directs care and coordinates with team; manages nursing resources.
- Collaborates with patients, families, physicians, and staff to optimize outcomes.
- Participates in governance, committee work, and unit projects.
- Documents patient responses and individualizes the care plan based on evaluation.
- Applies best available evidence to guide nursing practice.
