Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing process with evidence-based practice and coordinated care.
• Provide patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity.
• Lead bedside shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds.
• Titrate vasoactive, sedation, and insulin drips as ordered.
• Manage high-acuity pediatric patient care.
• Run bedside POCT and assist with procedures.
