Job summary

The Hospitals Of Providence - East Campus, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical care in a night shift environment in El Paso, TX. You will supervise staff and coordinate patient care across the nursing process to ensure high-quality care and safe outcomes.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN licensure with BLS, and 1+ year of RN experience for PRN status; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be preferred depending on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Texas RN licensure and current BLS/AHA certification.
• 1+ year of RN experience for PRN status; acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality direct clinical nursing care to assigned patients.
• Lead and supervise staff as delegated by the charge nurse/CNO.
• Administer medications safely according to hospital policy.
• Coordinate patient care with multidisciplinary team and discharge planning.
• Respond to emergencies and adhere to infection control standards.
• Follow hospital codes and policies during emergencies or disasters.

Education

RN licensure and nursing degree

Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing (preferred)
