Job summary

The Hospitals of Providence - East Campus in El Paso, TX is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct clinical patient care during night shifts. You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care, coordinating with the healthcare team to deliver safe, high-quality nursing.

The role emphasizes supervision of staff, adherence to safety standards, and timely administration of medications. Licensure and BLS are required, ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.
• 1+ year RN experience for PRN status.
• Current license and BLS; ACLS/PALS/NRP as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, safe, total nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate patient care within the nursing process and safety standards.
• Administer medications safely and in a timely manner per hospital policy.
• Lead staff coordination and resource planning for patient care.
• Fulfill HICS responsibilities and respond to emergencies per hospital codes.
