Job summary

Bluebird Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for the 7PM-7AM night shift. This full- and part-time opportunity offers a supportive team, consistent scheduling, and a workplace where your contributions are valued.

You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and collaborate with physicians and therapists in a skilled nursing setting.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct resident care in a skilled nursing environment.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately.
• Develop and update resident care plans.
• Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff during shift.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and compliance standards.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents.
