Qualifications

• Current MD RN license.
• Night shift experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including meds administration and wound care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes promptly.
• Serve as a leader and role model to promote a positive work environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with policies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to uphold care standards.
