Job summary

ECU Health Nursing in Greenville, NC seeks an RN to provide and coordinate patient care in line with NC Board of Nursing and ANA standards. A $30,000 commitment bonus is offered. Shift: Nights with differential; final pay is based on experience and career ladder placement.

You will assess patients, develop and implement care plans with the multidisciplinary team, and document outcomes, ensuring age-specific needs are met.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification is required.
• Clinical Ladder participation is required.
• Pay range $34.00 - $46.75 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care to meet patient needs and follow standards of care.
• Collect and analyze assessment data, identify outcomes, and develop plans of care.
• Collaborate with patient/family and interdisciplinary team to implement care.
• Document progress and ensure age-specific needs are addressed.
