Job summary

ECU Health is seeking an RN for night shift at ECU Health Medical Center in North Carolina. This role focuses on providing and coordinating patient care within policy and standards, with collaboration across the care team.

Responsibilities include data collection, outcome planning, and continuous evaluation of patient progress, while adhering to licensure and Life Support requirements.

Qualifications

• Current NC RN license or licensure to practice in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care in accordance with standards and policies.
• Collect and analyze assessment data, identify outcomes and develop a plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Identify interventions, implement plan of care, evaluate progress, and document processes.
• Delegate tasks per NC Nurse Practice Act and collaborate with the care team.
