SnapCare is seeking a Night shift RN to deliver critical illness and rehab care in Camp Hill, PA. The nurse will perform timely assessments and develop individualized care plans within 8 hours of admission.

The role requires ICU experience, a minimum of two years bedside practice, and BLS/ACLS certifications prior to the first shift. Supervision of LPNs/CNAs and discharge planning are included.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of bedside nursing experience required.
• ICU experience is required.
• BL S and ACLS certifications must be obtained before the first shift.
• Night shift availability is expected.

Aufgaben

• Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission to develop individualized plans of care.
• Supervise Licensed Practical Nurses and Certified Nursing Assistants and orientation staff.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Participate in patient rehabilitation programs on the assigned unit.
• Initiate discharge planning from day of admission and provide patient teaching.
