Job summary

SnapCare in Erie, PA seeks a Registered Nurse for the night shift. You will perform bedside assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide direct patient care to support positive patient outcomes.

Minimum two years of bedside nursing experience is required, along with BLS and ACLS certifications prior to your first shift. You will supervise LPNs/CNAs, assist with discharge planning, and document thoroughly in the medical record.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments on all patients within 8 hours of admission.
• Develop and maintain individualized patient care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process: assess, plan, implement, evaluate.
