The role emphasizes collaboration with Transfer Center, physicians and nursing leadership to optimize patient flow and ensure safe, timely care.

The ideal candidate will have a nursing degree and an active RN license, with five years of clinical experience and supervisory exposure.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

• Expedites throughput and bed assignments in collaboration with Transfer Center and ICU staff.
• Facilitates discharge planning and uses technology to improve patient flow and turnaround times.
• Responds to Rapid Response and Code team events with appropriate documentation and patient placement.
• Provides staff education and mentoring to maintain competencies and ensure safety.
