Job summary

Wellstar Health System's MCG Health Medical Center in Georgia seeks a Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care within a collaborative team. The RN will participate in care planning, execution, and evaluation, ensuring safety and patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities include communication with families and providers, adherence to standards, and involvement in performance improvement initiatives. A current RN license and BLS are required.

Qualifications

• Associates or higher nursing degree preferred.
• Current RN license in the appropriate state or multistate compact.
• BLS certification required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality nursing care as part of the patient care team.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and outcomes.
• Collaborate with families, providers, and staff to ensure safety and satisfaction.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and governance.

Education

Associates/Bachelors/Masters in Nursing (preferred)
