AllianceHealth Durant is seeking a RN PRN House Supervisor to lead assigned shifts, oversee patient flow, staffing, and safety. The role serves as a key administrative contact during evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, ensuring compliance with policies and high-quality patient care.

The Supervisor coordinates staff, handles emergencies, and acts as a resource for clinical and non-clinical teams while promoting safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the US (state licensure or compact)
• 1–2 years of related nursing experience
• 1–2 years of leadership experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee hospital operations during shifts and ensure adequate staffing.
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and bed utilization.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate resources for safety and quality care.
• Act as incident commander in disaster situations until relieved by a senior leader.
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper delegation and care delivery.
