Formación

• Current RN licensure in Oklahoma.
• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• BLS and ALS/ACLS certification required or eligible.
• Demonstrated experience in nursing leadership or supervision.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, decision‑making, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate hospital‑wide nursing activities and ensure continuity of patient care.
• Involve patient, family, or designated care partner to meet educational and care needs.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and set goals, treatment plans, and discharge plans.
• Perform hourly rounding to enhance communication and safety.
• Evaluate the care environment to maintain a patient‑friendly setting.
• Participate in bedside report to support understanding and address concerns.
