Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years acute care nursing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage department service functions on night shift; monitor care delivery.
• Direct supervision and support for staff; ensure efficient operations and patient flow.
• Schedule after-hour procedures and standby staff; orient temporary personnel.
• Enhance patient/family experience through explanations of policies.
