Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing and administrative support for all units to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Lead nursing staff during evenings, nights and weekends and coordinate bed availability.
• Evaluate staffing levels and patient volumes; allocate resources accordingly.
• Act as primary contact for bed placement, patient transport and critical events.
• Participate in code/rapid response teams and incident command as needed.
• Engage in quality improvement activities and professional communication with leaders.
