Job summary

Novant Health Huntersville Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to serve as PRN House Supervisor for the night shift (7pm–7am) in Huntersville, NC. You will provide clinical leadership, coordinate staffing and patient flow, and support safety and high-quality care across the hospital.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of five years nursing experience in acute care, with BSN preferred and active RN licensure in the state. ED/CCU experience is advantageous but not required.

Qualifications

• RN with current state licensure in the United States.
• Minimum five years of nursing experience; preferred management exposure.
• BSN or higher preferred; acute care experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and operational oversight in a busy ER/acute care setting.
• Coordinate patient flow, staffing, admissions, transfers, and bed placement.
• Serve as a clinical resource for nursing staff, providers, and teams.
