LCMC Health is seeking an RN House Supervisor to lead hospital operations during assigned night shifts, ensuring clinical and administrative oversight across units. You will support frontline staff, coordinate services, and act as the administrative leader when senior leadership is off-site.

Ideal candidates have 3 years of charge nurse/clinical supervision experience, Louisiana RN license, and BLS-HCP certification. The role emphasizes decision-making autonomy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Carries out hospital/nursing policies, infection control/safety/environmental policies.

• Ensures professional development through in-service education and meetings.
• Establishes communication between nursing and ancillary departments for problem solving.
