AdventHealth in Altamonte Springs, FL is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our night shift team. You will assess, plan, and implement patient care with a focus on safety and compassionate service.

Responsibilities include administering medications, coordinating with staff, educating patients and families, and documenting care in the medical record. Must have an RN license and prefer BSN; BLS/ACLS required.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1+ acute care hospital setting experience preferred.
• RN license required; BLS/ACLS are required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments across multiple factors.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders and protocols.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care strategies.
• Coordinate with medical staff to optimize patient care and communication.
• Document care activities and outcomes accurately in the medical record.
