Job summary
Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Morganfield, KY, seeks compassionate Registered Nurses to join our night shift 7p-7a team. We offer a deficiency-free facility with safe staffing ratios and supportive leadership.
You will assess and implement resident care plans, administer medications, supervise CNAs, and document care while collaborating with physicians. Kentucky RN license required; long-term care experience preferred. Modified compensation and growth opportunities available.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in Kentucky.
- Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and teamwork.
- Long-term care experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans.
- Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
