Spring View Nursing and Rehab in Kentucky is seeking a dedicated RN or LPN to join our clinical team for night shift (7p-7a). Provide direct nursing care, collaborate with healthcare team, and ensure patient comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in State.
• At least one year of experience as an LPN or RN in a long-term care setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized nursing care following scientific nursing principles.
• Coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and document accurately; report adverse reactions as required.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor equipment and interpret electronic displays.
• Participate in discharge planning and ensure timely documentation.
