Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team for night shift 7p-7a. We are a small, deficiency-free facility in Kentucky focused on resident-centered care, safe staffing ratios, and supportive leadership.

You will administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs and RNs to maintain high-quality care. Qualified applicants hold a Kentucky LPN license, have strong clinical skills, and a genuine passion for

• Current LPN license in Kentucky
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and care team
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff
• Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
