Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kentucky is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our small, resident-centered team on day shift. We offer flexible Full-Time / Part-Time / PRN options, a deficiency-free care environment, and supportive leadership to ensure safe staffing and quality patient care.

As an LPN you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, collaborate with CNAs and RNs, and document care accurately while

Qualifications

Current LPN license in the state of Kentucky.
Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
A genuine passion for resident care.
Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN and care team
Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff
Ensure residents receive care with dignity, respect, and compassion
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Follow all safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines
