Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our small, resident-centered team on the night shift 7p-7a. We provide a supportive environment with safe staffing and opportunities for growth.

You will assess and update care plans, administer medications, supervise LPNs/CNAs, and collaborate with physicians to maintain high-quality resident care and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Current Kentucky RN license is required.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• Provide direct nursing care and clinical oversight
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
• Monitor residents’ conditions and respond to changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
