Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse in Arizona for a contracted State of Arizona position. The role requires 12-hour shifts 6:30pm-6:30am and 36-40 hours per week, delivering patient care on an assigned unit.

The RN will administer medications, participate in MDS processes, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support residents in a skilled nursing facility.

This role emphasizes adherence to geriatric nursing principles and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
• Receive and relay information about residents' needs to the interdisciplinary team.
• Lead shift reports and supervise support staff as needed.
• Conduct admission nursing assessment and contribute to care plans.
• Maintain accurate clinical and administrative documentation.
