Job summary

TEEMA is seeking a licensed RN for a contracted night shift position in a long-term care setting in Arizona. You will administer medications, perform treatments, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal resident care.

Responsibilities include assessments, ADLs, shift reports, documentation, supervision of care staff, and participation in staff development. Arizona RN license required; 1+ year LTC experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Arizona RN license required.
• 1+ year of skilled nursing facility/long-term care experience preferred.
• Geriatric nursing knowledge and practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Receive and convey resident medical, social, and functional information to the team.
• Participate in shift reports and care coordination with the interdisciplinary team.
• Conduct initial admission assessments and aid in developing care plans.
• Record clinical and administrative documentation of diagnoses, assessments, and progress.
• Lead and supervise staff in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and direct resident care.
• Engage in in-service training and staff development activities.
